Disable Advanced Stream Detect

Some users have reported that various troubleshooting from other sources have suggested that they disable Advanced Stream Detect in the Killer Control Center.

Disabling Advanced Stream Detect disables the Killer Control Center’s ability to prioritize packets and reduce latency. Most issues for which this troubleshooting step is suggested are issues that can be resolved by updating to the latest version of the Killer Control Center instead of disabling it.
